Injection Moulding Technician. Role Type: Permanent. Role Location: Longford. Shift Cycle - Yes. An Injection Moulding Technician is required for a Longford based manufacturing client. THE ROLE: * Provide production support to a high volume Injection Moulding operations. * Develop, trouble shoot and improve existing production methods and procedures. * Perform preventative maintenance and repair on Injection Moulding equipment. * Maintain a spares inventory for key Injection Moulding maintenance items to minimise downtime. * Execution of mould changeover's and equipment setup's as part of production runs. * Assist in investigating and implementing new production methods. REQUIREMENTS: * Third level Qualification in an Engineering discipline - Plastics or materials science a distinct advantage. * 2 years experience in an IM manufacturing environment - food/ pharma an advantage.
