Description

Validation Engineer - County Longford. The successful candidate will form part of an established Quality team and report to the Head of Quality. They will be responsible for Validation Projects including: • Co-ordinate and execute process validations including preparation of protocols, data analysis and reports. • Work with vendors and other stakeholders to deliver equipment installs and Tech transfers on time and in line with budget constraints. • Ensure software validations for equipment and systems are completed in line with industry standards. • Ensure regulatory compliance with European and US validation requirements. • Support the day the day activities of the cross-functional project team. • Support design and installation of ancillary equipment. • Support qualification of equipment from FAT through to PQ. • Drafting and releasing of process and equipment documentation. Skills and Experience required: - Degree in Engineering/ Science or Quality. - Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Validation role within a similar manufacturing organisation. - Knowledge of Medical Device Manufacturing & GMP environment would be an advantage. - Lean Tools - Good analytical skills and problem solving. - Capable of working in a fast paced environment.
