Warehouse Supervisor- Permanent opportunity, based in Longford. Responsibilities: Manage Goods Inwards, Picking or Despatch Team. Responsible for the managing and leading of a team of max 15 - 20. Ensuring orders are picked, despatched on time and daily targets are met. Complete daily reports. Answer team member questions, help with team member problems, and oversee team member work for quality and accuracy. Provide quality customer service. Requirements: 2 + years’ experience as a Team Leader essential. Proven ability to effectively manage a team of operators in the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods. Warehouse or logistics environment desirable, however, not essential as training can be given. Excellent people management skills, Flexibility to work within a changing working environment.
