Matrix Recruitment is working with a very well established Irish Manufacturing Group based in Co. Cavan to recruit an Financial Accountant . This is a 1 year contract job . The Financial Accountant will report into the Finance Manager of a busy finance department. You will be responsible for the group company secretarial and corporation tax reporting . Salary €50k- €55k. Key Responsibilities: Vat and intrastat preparation and submission for UK companies. Company secretarial support. Corporation tax reporting. Completion of Group statistical information. Presentation and analysis of stats. Balance sheet reconciliations. Support for the annual audit. Essential Requirements: Fully Qualified Accountant with 3-5 years’ experience working within industry and Big Four or large practice background . Must have strong tax background. Must have excellent problem solving techniques. High level of IT competency, with expert level in Excel. Good communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential requirements for this job.
